Description:
Creating a culture of innovation can have positive impacts across multiple dimensions of any business, including customer loyalty, market share, and employee satisfaction. But innovation is not always intuitive. In this session, we’ll look at what innovation is, how it manifest in different dimensions within a company, market, industry, or the world, and how people are the secret ingredient.
I’ll present case studies and stories from my own career, as well as share proven frameworks and techniques from the world’s top innovation thought leaders. We’ll wrap up with a mini working session, where we’ll create a new type of product as we solve a problem. You’ll leave with new ideas and skills you can apply to launch and lead innovation at any level in your own company.
